2. Professional Services & Project Engagement

Mittipure provides specialized technical engineering and digital growth services to clients. Every project engagement is subject to a specific Statement of Work (SOW) or a formal proposal.

  • Service Scope: We commit to delivering high-quality web, mobile, and SEO solutions as defined in the project scope.
  • Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide timely feedback and necessary assets to ensure project timelines are met.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property is handled based on the nature of the development:

  • Client Projects: Upon final payment and successful project closure, the custom source code and digital assets specifically engineered for a client's project are transferred to the client's ownership.
  • Proprietary Software: All rights, titles, and interests in software, mobile applications, and automated tools published by Mittipure on digital stores (Google Play Store, Apple App Store) remain the exclusive property of Mittipure.

4. Payment Terms

Engagement with our IT services requires adherence to our payment schedules. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • A commencement fee is required to initiate development.
  • Final delivery is contingent upon the settlement of all outstanding invoices.
  • We reserve the right to suspend services or technical support in the event of payment delays.

5. Confidentiality

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of our technical partnerships. Mittipure agrees to protect proprietary client information, and similarly, clients agree not to disclose Mittipure’s internal development methodologies, pricing structures, or proprietary codebase frameworks to third parties without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Mittipure provides technical solutions on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for absolute excellence, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or software, including but not limited to loss of revenue or data due to third-party platform updates or search engine algorithm shifts.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
