CORE DECLARATION OF NON-COLLECTION: The App is architected as a strictly offline, on-device processing utility. Mitti Pure does NOT collect, harvest, transmit, or store any personal data, media files, user accounts, or user-identifiable information. All primary functions execute entirely within the localized sandbox of your device.

1. ZERO-CLOUD PROCESSING & MEDIA HANDLING

The App leverages on-device Neural Network computing (NCNN) to perform media enhancements.

• No Server Transmission: Your photographs, videos, and media files are never uploaded to any remote server, cloud infrastructure, or third-party database.
• Local Execution: All algorithmic processing occurs strictly via your device's native hardware (CPU/GPU).
• Temporary Cache: The App generates temporary intermediate files during processing. These files exist solely on local volatile cache and are algorithmically purged upon session termination.

2. DEVICE PERMISSIONS EXPLAINED

To deliver core functionality, the App requests explicit localized permissions from your operating system:

• Storage / Media Access: Required exclusively to allow you to select media for local processing and to export the modified output back to your device's internal storage. The App does not index or scan non-selected files.
• Internet Access: Required strictly for the initialization and rendering of third-party advertisements and native OS sharing capabilities. No personal media or telemetry is transmitted via this connection.

3. THIRD-PARTY ADVERTISING & CONSENT

To subsidize development, the App integrates the Google AdMob SDK. While Mitti Pure collects no data, Google operates as an independent data controller.

• Data Handled by Google: Google AdMob may autonomously collect non-personally identifiable information, including your IP address, device hardware model, and Android Advertising ID (AAID), strictly for the provisioning of advertisements.
• Regulatory Compliance: The App utilizes the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP). Where legally mandated (e.g., GDPR, CPRA), you will be prompted with a localized consent interface prior to ad initialization, granting you control over targeted advertising preferences.

4. DATA RETENTION & DELETION RIGHTS

Under global privacy regulations (including GDPR and CCPA), users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data. However, because Mitti Pure does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data or user accounts, there is no user data residing on our systems to retain or delete. All media processing is ephemeral and destroyed locally upon closing the App.

5. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY PROVISION

The App is not directed toward individuals under the age of thirteen (13). We do not knowingly solicit or collect personally identifiable information from children. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal information through a third-party intermediary, please contact us immediately to facilitate expungement.
